My Blog is the meeting table for my readers and me. Sitting around a table,
possibly the dining table is deeply rooted in my Italian heritage. In Italy,
in Europe and often even in the States, we discuss all sorts of matters
around the dining table.
It is a round table, where everyone has the same rights, and are all
searching for some sort of truth. Not only a culinary one, but also the one
dictated by these very new times, which are neither simple nor univocal. If
you think about it, even one simple recipe involves practical, economical,
healthy, culinary and even spiritual spheres.
I will talk to you in Cibo, and in particular in Let’s Talk, and I plan to
sit at this table at least once a week and talk to you all. Then, with time,
we will get to know each other better and we will certainly think of
something more exiting to do together!

My Blog e` la tavola intorno alla quale mi incontro con i miei lettori. E`
nella piu` squisita tradizione italiana, l’abitudine di trovarci intorno ad
un tavolo da pranzo per mangiare insieme e discutere di qualsiasi argomento,
anche quelli importanti.
My Blog e` questa tavola rotonda dove tutti hanno il diritto di dire quello
che pensano e si sentono alla ricerca di una qualche verita` accettabile, in
questi giorni di grandi e profondi cambiamenti. Se ci pensate bene anche una
semplice ricetta investe la sfere: pratica, economica, della salute, della
cucina e al limite, anche quella spirituale.
Io vi parlo da Cibo e in particolare da Let’s Talk e prevedo di sedermi a
questa nostra tavola almeno una volta la settimana per parlare con tutti voi
di quello che mi avete scritto. Poi, con il bel tempo, ci conosceremo meglio
e ci verrano delle idee per fare anche altre cose piu` eccitanti!
