Peggy Brill,
Biography
Peggy Brill, PT is a nationally
known wellness expert who has helped thousands of people, in the U.S. and
around the world, by teaching them to harness the power of their bodies to
heal themselves. A board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic
physical therapy, Peggy has blended the best practices of traditional
Western and alternative medicine in her acclaimed books, The Core
Program: 15 Minutes A Day That Can Change Your Life and Instant Relief: Tell
Me Where It Hurts And I’ll Tell You What To Do.
The Core is a series of exercises that allows people to recover fully
from existing physical problems while preventing future injuries and
ailments. And Instant Relief – a one of a kind collection of
quick-fix exercises - provides just that. It’s why Dr. Charles Goodwin, an
orthopedic surgeon at New York’s Hospital for Special Surgery, praises Peggy
for her “unique appreciation for the workings of the human body and …
holistic approach to body repair.”
Peggy has a growing media presence, appearing on national television and
radio programs including “The Today Show,” “CBS Special Reports” and “Dr.
Mehmet Oz.” And she’s been interviewed and cited in major magazines, among
them “O,” “Vogue,” “Shape,” “Prevention,” “Fortune,” “Bottomline Health,”
and “Fitness.”
Peggy has lectured and done demonstrations for corporate and civic groups
across the country and in England, China and South Korea. She also sat on
the bench with Duke University’s Men’s Basketball Team as a Physical
Therapist consultant. Her private practice includes two offices in New York
City and one in its northern suburbs. Peggy Brill lives in New York with her
two daughters. |
