Pasta shapes are designed considering the never ending ways to cook it. There are more than six hundred shapes of Pasta and so many more recipes for an infinite number of mouth watering combinations.
A famous Dutch expert said that Pasta is architecture for the mouth and I fully agree with him. In fact it must be appreciated by the mouth.
As a goldsmith friend of mine use to say: the look wants its share of attention! In fact, the way food is presented may be very eloquent.
